Your client’s brand, not ours

The truck carries no prominent vendor branding. It’s a clean canvas for a custom decal with your client’s logo or event theme, plus personalized chalkboard messaging and a palette matched to their colors.

Plug-and-play — minus the plug

Fully staffed with Floweristas, and no power needed: the truck is self-sufficient and fits in a standard parking space. We set up, run it and pack out.

A tool for guest flow

Use the truck as a send-off station to close the program on time, or as line relief at receptions so bar and food lines stay manageable.

Paperwork handled

COI ($1M/$2M General Liability) sent once your date is booked, or within one business day if you need it sooner. W-9 available, clear per-guest pricing you can mark up or pass through.

An extension of your client’s company

Corporate events ask more of a vendor: volume, polish and an understanding of the client’s culture. That’s where we shine. We treat every event as an extension of your client’s company, because to their employees, we are — so we show up professional, polished, on-brand and on time.

At home in large venues

We’ve set up inside the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando and are familiar with large-venue requirements. If your venue or client has specific requirements, we’ll work through them together. And with no power needed, there’s one less thing to coordinate with the venue.

We understand corporate environments and event planning, and we take pride in being a vendor you can rely on: we show up, on time, no matter what. We’ve even delivered a wedding the day after a hurricane.
