Corporate flower bar FAQ

What is a corporate flower bar?
A corporate flower bar is a staffed, interactive station where employees or guests choose fresh blooms and build their own bouquet to take home. Our Mobile Bouquet Bar runs from a 1996 Honda Acty kei truck, and our Floweristas help every guest wrap a 5-bloom bouquet or get fitted with a fresh flower crown.
What are good employee appreciation ideas in Orlando?
A hands-on activity people take home works best. A flower truck bouquet bar gives every employee a break, a conversation with coworkers and a bouquet that goes home to their family. It needs no power and fits in a standard parking space.
How much does a flower bar cost per guest?
The Mobile Bouquet Bar is $35 per guest, or $3,500 for 100 guests, with a 50-guest minimum. Flower crowns are $55 each with a 50-crown minimum. Greenery and baby’s breath are included. See full pricing.
How many guests can you serve?
Large corporate and employee engagement events are our specialty, and our model is built to serve hundreds of guests smoothly. We offer pre-made bouquets, a build-your-own bouquet bar or a mix of both, and can add flower carts in front of the truck for larger events.
How long does the flower truck stay?
A typical service window is 1–3 hours, tailored to your event. Setup takes about 45 minutes and teardown about 30 minutes.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as early as you can to secure your date. Holiday party dates fill early, so we suggest reserving by September or October; Valentine’s Day is our busiest week, so book by early January. Short-notice requests are often possible with a rush fee.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate General Liability and send a certificate of insurance (COI) naming your organization or venue once your date is booked, or within one business day if you need it sooner. A W-9 is available on request.

Planning one of these?

Send your date, headcount and location — we’ll reply with availability and a quote.
